"Faith is the assurance (the confirmation the title deed) of the things (we hope for, being the proof of things (we) do not see and the conviction of their reality (faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses)" (Hebrews 11:1).

Faith is trusting in the integrity of God Himself, knowing that what He says is true. Its placing today's faith in the hope of tomorrow's dreams. Its knowing that when God says, it will be done without doubt or hesitation.

Every prayer is answered through faith. When you're fully persuaded that God will do exactly what He says, faith makes it happen. Faith is a supernatural belief where the impossible is believed to be possible. Its an inner knowing that God's superpowers will fulfill your expectations.

By faith we see a wave of God's blessing flowing to us, even though they're not actually present at the time. By faith we get excited knowing something remarkable is about to happen in our lives. By faith we can wait patiently and delight in our lingering time, for faith is absolutely certain it will arrive at the perfect time.

Faith hears the Word of God, accepts it without doubt, applies it to the situation, and speaks words of faith. I John 5:4-5 tells us, "Faith is the victory that overcomes the world. Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God will be victorious and overcome the world."

The only way we can live by faith is by having a deep desire to learn what God's has to say in His word. And the only way we can learn about His Word is if we study, just like we would study about anything we wanted to know about. We would read about the subject, then put it to work. To acquire any skill we would act on it habitually, by doing the exercises required so we could advance and become an expert.
